“We were looking for football boots for my son at Sport Herbst, which is obviously extremely difficult at the moment, and almost hopeless, and due to various previous disap­pointments, we had no great expect­ations. In the shop we were welcomed in a very friendly manner by the staff and at first it seemed as if our search would be unsuc­cessful here too. Then, however, an employee disap­peared in the warehouse and actually came back with three boxes. And, oh wonder, the second attempt was a direct hit. Great commitment! We’ll be back anytime.”
